It is organic ( if that makes any difference). I bought it on Dec 29 06 and it still looks good, but I don’t want to take any chances cause it’s for my toddler. I forgot that i had it and it does not have an expiration date on it.

Cabbage may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. If you want to use it after that, trim all of the outer leaves and you can freeze it for soups or stews.
