Lemonade/master clean diet(best answer 10pts!)?

OK so im starting that diet its 10 days 6-12 servings
in the recipe it calls for filtered water and organic lemon juice
could i buy a fresh lemon and squeeze it? would that be the same and is tap water or bottled water the same thing?
also if any ones tried this diet did it work?

If you use regular lemons, make sure not to use the peels ( because of pesticides issues etc…)

I tried it. It was the version with the maple syrup and cayenne pepper. If you do water and lemon only it will be brutal because lemon is a heavy detoxing citrus and water has zero calories.
I lost 10 lbs but regained it within a month because I did not change my eating habits. What I noticed though is after regaining those 10 lbs when I started exercising again, I lost those 10 lbs faster than regular.
The first 2 days were brutal but I could return to my stressful job the third without any issues. It got harder on heavy detox days ( I had 2 or 3) but on the other days I had so much energy, it was insane.
