horizons organic formula

does anybody know why they stopped making Horizon organic baby formula?

I have so many friends that want to get it and since i fed it to my baby from 6 months to 13 months i dont know why they stopped. Anyone have any idea? and what do you recommend for organic formula before 12 months old?
My daughter is 2 years old and off of formula this is really a question to help my friends who also only believe in organic foods.
