He desires to capture the great minds and spirits of those who would not find themselves addicted to his spell binding meth. He has devised a potion, whereby he has his tweeker soliders befriend an innocent, and they slowly place the meth in the water of the innocent: he hopes that through this continuious slow usage, he can convert the great minds and spirits of innocent souls, which he needs.
