Can I use organic plain soy milk to make jello?
I want to make jello for my dad but i want to use organic plain soy milk because it is healthy. the jello direction ask for 4 cups of heated milk..

Do you mean Jello pudding? If so, you can use soy milk, but watch when heating it as soy milk tends to curdle if it gets too hot (I was a barista for a few years and we had to really watch when making soy lattes etc.). Shop around when looking for soy milk and try different brands – the difference in flavors of different brands can be huge.
