Natural Vitamins & Minerals
Natural vitamins & minerals, as they are the only effective dietary supplementation, can only be extracted from natural sources. Seems logical, right? So why are the mass-produced, over-the-counter, synthetic, artificial drugstore vitamin & mineral supplements still seeing record sales? That’s a good question.
Our bodies are not designed to cope with the types of “stuff” these synthetic vitamins contain. Artificial colors, preservatives, and other chemicals are your first clue that they’re not so good for you. But then there are the vitamins & minerals themselves. What are they, really? Nothing more than chemical compounds and crushed up rocks.
These substances are unrecognizable (and thereby unusable) by the human body. Our bodies are natural creations which demand natural fuel sources. Anything else is either completely useless… or actually harmful! What do you think happens when our sensitive internal tissues, blood cells, and capillaries are met with laboratory chemicals and crushed up rocks? This is serious cause for concern.
Our diets are horrible, and many of our supplements are even worse. So what’s our saving grace?
Natural Vitamin & Mineral Supplements!
Whole-food supplements (derived primarily from organic plant sources) are key in undoing the vast damage we’ve done to ourselves. They are easily recognized, assimilated, and used (what a concept!) by the body, and provide immediate, noticable results!

I also recommend that while you’re at the health food store, you pick up a canister of a Super Greens Powder. You simply mix it with water and drink. It will alkalize your blood, cleanse your body, give you an extra energy boost, and take your supplementation to the next level.

* All animals used for food MUST be treated with anti-biotics and exotic growth hormones (including organically raised)
* Over time, growing your own fruit and vegetables will be subjected to strict rules and not allowed without a license.
