Get rid of dairy! No, you probably don’t want to stop eating dairy. You love cheese, especially on bread or crackers. You love yogurt. You think that because yogurt has acidophilus in it that it is healthy. You love to eat cookies and milk. You’ve been eating them since you were a baby. Getting rid of dairy is a major natural acne cure. AS LONG AS YOU KEEP EATING DAIRY FOODS YOU WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT ACNE and many other debilitating diseases. Dairy is not a natural food for human beings. The excess fat and sugars in dairy foods create stagnation and then infection in the pores of your skin. They also create infection in the ears and other places throughout the body. Once again, it is totally unnatural to consume dairy products. No, goats milk is also not acceptable either. It is not natural for adult humans to consume goats milk, cats milk, ants milk or any other creature’s milk. If you’re looking for a big time natural pimple cure this is it. As for calcium, there is plenty of calcium in vegetables like carrots and broccoli. Yes, I know, you don’t want to eat vegetables. I’m sorry. I’m simply here to tell you the truth about how to get rid of your acne! Wheat goes with dairy and should also be eliminated if you want to keep a healthy digestive system. The gluten in wheat clogs your digestive “villi” and then prevents you from absorbing nutrients from your food.
Junk food: Junk food is full of stagnating “bad oils” like hydrogenated vegetable oils and processed sugars that clog pores and feed infections. Bad meats: Eat whole, organic meats and not mass produced – full of growth hormones/antibiotics – raised in a cage meats. These animals are full of too much fat that does not “flow well” through the human body. Therefore, it creates infections like pimples. Also, poorly raised animals are not healthy. If you eat something that is not healthy, then you too will not be healthy. Killing bad meats (no pun intended) is an awesome way to a natural pimple cure. I know all this stuff from 20 years of personal experience, including being misled by dermatologist’s bad advice/bad prescriptions and lots and lots of pimples that MYSTERIOUSLY went away when I changed my diet!

I am 23 have had severe acne for the last year. This is what I already do and have tried, so if anyone has any other advice
please let me know.
I have tried benzaclin, proactive, murad, bosia, etc…
I have tried natural products and cures
I take omega 3 supplaments and zinc and a multi wt vit A
I am a vegetarian , I do not eat alot of processed foods, sugar or soda.
My diet and/or lifestyle has not changed in the last year
I always drink lots of water(bottled, smart water, figi)
I try to ONLY eat organic food.
Applying lavander essential oil works wonders. I didn’t really believe it until someone reccomded I try it instead of the standard on the shelf stuff.
Besides that, I have found the following things matter and tend to effect acne.
1) Eating sugar (and artifical ones). If you eat no sugar your predispotion to acne drops a lot. Mine completely vanished when I did.
2) Eating greasy fried food (aka fast food). I noticed I was able to feel outbreaks coming on as I ate the stuff. I think sugar matters more though.
3) Getting rid of hair covering the face (so beards, sideburns, or long curly hair that gets to your cheaks). I don’t know why this one matters but it does.
4) Washing the face with water from a shower. The more you wash it the better it gets. However, chlorine which is in all tap water irritates it as well, so if you get the chance to get a chlorine shower filter that goes a long way to fixing your skin (and hair).
There are some other anecdotal things I am not sure of in anyway about acne, but I’d leave it as; if you are generally healthy then you will not get acne, so most of the time its best to just think of acne as an indictator for your body. Then again its a pretty awful one to deal with, and I went through a lot of grief before I figured out what I just told you.
I’m a fan of hydrogen peroxide, but I normally don’t reccomend it to people since the usage is more complicated. However if you have stuff around the mouth you might want to consider topically applying some.
If all of that doesn’t work, you might have something like sinusitus which is triggering it. I know someone everything I listed helped reduced the acne of, but it wasnt until he fixed his sinusitus (which he had had for 8 years), that the acne actually went away.
