Could You Be Using A Damaging Hair Thinning Shampoo?

Companies that manufacture shampoo aren’t trying to create a damaging hair thinning shampoo. Most are striving to create products that keep hair in decent shape at an affordable price. What is making my puppy itchy and what can I do to help him?

My 14 wk old maltese puppy is moderately itchy. He mainly itches his rib cage area with his hind foot on both sides of his body.
