why does organic milk not expire for a long time?

I’ve recently started drinking antibiotic hormone free organic milk. I love it but was wondering why it doesn’t expire as fast as regular store milk. I just bought a new bottle and it doesn’t expire until like december.

because it is ultrapasteurized which pretty much negates any goodness you would get from organic milk. if the Milk is Horizon milk know it comes from a factory farm with at least 4000 cows.

The milk to buy is from grass fed/pastured cows and has not been homogenized but may be pasteurized (though, in my Opinion raw milk is best as long as it is from cows eating nothing but grass/pasture plants and the farm is clean and gets the milk tested weekly
