Bra Size: Breast Cancer
Has this ever happend to you? You come home and first thing you have to do is take off that tight irritating bra! Oh boy you are not the only one trust me.
Did you know that htere are groups of women who organize a bra free day? These women feel that bra’s are an instrument of torture and a hindrance. Even worse they feel that bra’s are perverted!
According to these women wearing a bra can even give you health problems. Their argument to back this statement up is that according to research if you would wear a bra 24 hours a day, your chances of getting breast cancer would increase by 113 more compared to those who do not wear a bra.
This research says that because of wearing a bra, your breast can not release any toxics that are in there, which increases the chances of breast cancer. These women compare breasts with “men’s jewels” saying that they hang free from one’s body because they have to stay cool. So stringing up breasts in bra’s makes our breasts too warm and that way they will not fuction as should.
The argument most poeple share about bra’s which is that we need to wear a bra to support our breasts is wiped off the table by these women. They feel that the health of wemen’s breasts was way better before we started wearing bra’s.
So do we women insted to burn our entire bra collection and leave our “jewels” to hang however they feel? Sure it’s a free world well most of it is anyways. But if sexy bra’s make us feel sexy and more confident we can just keep wearing them.
I’m 5’6″ and 120 pounds? Is this considered average weight? Please read and help?
Im 17 years old…. I’m wondering what you guys think about my weight. I know its hard to tell w/o a picture but I don’t want pictures of me on this place. I’m going to Arizona in two weeks and I workout and eat healthy everyday, so I’m hoping to lose a little more weight but it will probably only be a pound or two by the time I leave for Arizona. I know Im gonna be in a bikini… and Im scared Im gonna end feeling really self consious and everyone will be thinner than me. So would you consider me skinny, average, or chunky? My stomach is probably the fattest part on my body, I wear 34B bra, size 27 jeans (or 3), size S-M shirts.
Keep in mind I want to be thin, and if Im not based on my height and weight, how can I become thin? Is the only option starving myself? I already workout everyday and eat between 1200-1400 calories a day all organic
btw I workout an hour everyday (either swimming, pilates, running, or yoga ball video (builds muscle)
Well I’m 5’5″ and I weigh 114 and wear a size 1. I think that’s waaay too little. So I think you’re about right. If you’re a size 3 and wear s-m shirts, you’re thin! I used to be a size 5 and it seemed the weight would go to my midsection so if this is your case, maybe you need to drop like one dress size or just do sit ups. But it sounds like you’re being really hard on yourself. And starving yourself is NOT the answer. It’s a case of mind over matter. Just focus on weight going where you want it to. Diets don’t work so just be happy with how you look or do yoga to tone up. And don’t worry about every one being thinner than you. It seems everywhere I go girls are meatier and I wish I could gain a few pounds. Don’t feel so self-conscious. Being thin isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. But you’re already thin so…don’t stress over it.
