Organic “BIO” sweets?
Recently i found more expensive sweets, cakes and candies in Drug Market and BIO BIO store.
That stuff is 2 or 3x time more expensive than ordinary ,but it says its Organic and ae very high quality
Thing is that it has far less saturated fat and bron sugar. It also contains fructose and glucose. Some also contain egg whites , soy and dark Chocolate.
Company are Alnatura, Alnavit , Rapunze Etc,,
My question is are those sweets really that better Quality then those u buy in common market ? And wil u gain less weight from then ? I think price says everything at least imo,,,
Believe me, bio sweet is the greatest gimmick ever. They taste worst than the real thing and have the same calories overall. Who cares for less saturated fat when you are just having an ounce or two of sweets. Enjoy the real taste of real sweets. Go bio if you are interested in wasting money. I never heard a centurion say that his long life is due to using organic. Have you?
