Natural, organic raw foods. Make sure the meat you eat is free range, organic, and without any preservatives.
Astaxanthin. 16-20mg per day, or to bowel tolerance.
High amounts of calcium, potassium, boron, and magnesium. Coral calcium is good for this.
Vitamin C to bowel tolerance.
Do all the cleanses (kidney, liver, colon, parasites, candida, heavy metal, full body fat cleanse)
There you have it. If you have receding gums, you can now shock your dentist in just a few months or even weeks.
Keep in mind that the body has the ability to repair itself. It can reverse any degenerative disease if we just give it the nutrients it needs and get rid of the stuff it doesn’t like (toxins). You’d be amazed at how powerful the body is at repairing itself.
