Okay i’ve ate
-1 cup turkey chili all organic and lean (250 cal, 6 grams fat)
-90 cal whole wheat tortilla wrap
-one pear, one small apple
-asparagus (50 cal)
-100 cal organic dessert chocolate cookie
total of about 680 calories.

I then ran 4.5 miles, 200 crunches, leg lifts. Later I will do a 20 minute toning video.

I want a breakfast like dinner, but I want it to provide me with energy for tomorrows run as well. I dont have chicken so i cant do that..dont want salad either. and pasta would require some type of meat and i dont have that really.

so would thi sbe healthy? or too carb-filled?

-kashi cereal (high protein/fiber) with skim milk (200 cal)
-oatmeal (170 cal)
-one pear, one small apple (140 cal)
-4 egg whites (80 cal)

that would get me about 1280 calories for today.
my goal is 1200-1300 cal so that would be good.
but is that healthy enough?

Are you trying to lose weight? Personally I don’t believe in eating orgainc or low fat foods (they are still as processed as anything else and contain ;empty calories). Some vegetables would be good along with some fish perhaps?
