This past week I have been eating less. I eat a small breakfast and for lunch I only have some fruit. For dinner I eat a big dinner and thats it. Throughout the day I usually just eat a little bit here and there, and its mostly healthy food like fruit or organic apple sauce. Well yesterday I had two jack in the box french toast dips and a banana for lunch. For dinner I didnt eat much except for a pomegranate and cookies as well as another banana. Today I havent eaten anything except pomegranate seeds. These past two days I havent eaten well and I am worried because I am not going to eat a good lunch until about 1 30. Is this alright for my little one or could I be harming her. I have been eating healthy for the most part, but I just havent eaten much (for the past two days) any advice??
