Life in Order with Albums and Day Planners

How many of us have photographs we have taken through the years lying around loose without being put in photo albums?  Maybe there are piles and piles of pictures just gathering dust, sitting in shoeboxes.  We all know this scenario, and it’s never too late to organize with photo albums!

The wonderful thing is that there are so many sorts of albums to choose from.  Whether digital photography or conventional film is your thing, there is something for everyone.  In the realm of hard copy pictures, there are self-adhesive, three-ring binder, and European leather-bound styles to choose from.  Three-ring binder and magnetic self adhesive styles are nice, because you can take pictures in and out of the album, rearranging them without ruining the pictures or photo album.  Simply slip photos under the clear protective sheet, and they look good as the day they were developed.  Leather-bound photo albums are great for special occasion photos.  These rich volumes keep all of your most precious pictures together in style, whether they are keepsakes from a wedding, family vacation, or graduation. 

A digital photo album is less formal, and great to have if you have a memory card filled up with pictures.  First, all you need to do is transfer images on the memory card to a disk.  Then, you can put your disk inside the photo album, along with an index card that shows all the pictures on it.  All of your pictures are organized on the disk, with easy access and identification.

While you are on a roll getting your life organized, you may want to look into getting one of those new day planners.  Day planners are wonderful because you have all of your appointments, meetings, and other important engagements in one portable spot.  Many day planners break up time not only by month and day, but also by hours, so you can enter different activities next to a corresponding time.  Day planners come in a variety of different colors, such as metallic silver and red.  If you want to match your planner to your outfit or purse, there are lots of colors to choose from.  Also, you can get them in leather or pleather.  Best of all, if you choose to purchase day planners and photo albums, shipping is often free if you spend fifty dollars or more.  Get a presents for all your loved ones and save!
