Ants all over my plants? Organic way to get rid?

I’m 15 on Saturday, and I work at the schools greenhouse. I share part of it with another kid, and he left the water on all night so there are ants EVERYWHERE! I’m supposed to sell my bigonias ( i think that’s how you spell it) and I need to find a way using preferably household items like dish soap or something to get rid of them… any advice is greatly appreciated!
