How much is vegan maple syrup?

I went to whole foods and maple syrup was 12 dollars! I found vegan pancakes for only 3 or 4 dollars. I thought that was too much, 12 dollars for organic maple syrup. So I’m wondering now, how much will maple syrup be at a regular grocery store like walmart?

Well, your first mistake is shopping at Whole Foods. Second is even considering Wal-Mart. (Both are evil.) And the fact that you called Wal-Mart a regular grocery store is hilarious.
But anyway, At my regular grocery store, I usually pay $8-$9 (US) for 12 oz. but most of the time I get a larger size, which is slightly cheaper for the amount you get. I also don’t usually get organic syrup, so that would be slightly more expensive.

Wow, what kind of pancakes were those? Were they frozen crap or a mix…? Vegan pancakes are extremely simple and definitely cheaper to make from scratch. There’s no reason to spend that much. You could probably make like 4 dozen or so pancakes for $3-$4 if you made them yourself.
