is drinking fennel tea just like drinkin water?
hey every one i am a big fan of fennel tea and i drink lots of it during the day. it’s an organic infusion and i dont put any sugar, milk or anything else in it. i have around 10 cups a day as i very rarely drink tap water (is too hard) and i cant afford to buy bottled water.
do you think it will still flush all my toxins away and is it good for me? or shall i cut down on it and drink plain water?
It’s surprising really. Everytime we drink water from a tap we’re potentially causing serious harm to our bodies. We just don’t look at it that way, do we?
The issue of impure water only really occurred to me when I questioned when of my colleague’s about their insistence on purchasing bottled water. They told me that tap water was impure and contained plenty of potentially harmful substances.
I paid little attention at the time, though later I researched it. They were right. Being the way I am, I quickly decided that I would not longer drink tap water. I vowed to only ever buy bottled water.
But this was impractical. The cost of only drinking bottled water is very high, and something that was simply not feasible for me to do long term.
So I assessed the avenues available to me. I looked around, found out information on ways to purify water – the most obvious being a water filter. I did plenty of research into each product that I came across and seemingly none were without a sceptical review.
Then I found a home-made water filter. Initially I bought it for the purpose of trying to understand the science behind the way these things work – a learning curve if you will. But, to my great fortune, the product turned out to be a superb investment.
Easy to assemble and the taste of the water is very, very different. It’s good to know the water you’re drinking is safe.
