Organic Easter Dinner

organic easter dinner
organic easter dinner

did I have too much sugar/junk food today?

im 15 foot 3 and 103 pounds, normally I eat healthy but since its easter time there has been a lot of candy around the house. Im trying to lose 5 pounds, so is this bad? Im going to do an hour of exercise later.
breakfast: a bowl of honey bunches of oats with fat free milk, and I had an organic fruit leather
lunch: a thing of organic vanilla yogurt with three cut of strawberries and 1/4 a cup of blueberries. I also had 1/3 a cup of oat bran seseame sticks. THen I had a chocolate chip cookie
when I got home my mom put out easter candy so I had one peep and about 17 jelly beans.
Im going to have a small healthy low calorie dinner

The candy was a great choice because it brought you into a healthy calorie range. Otherwise you would have fallen into starvation territory – admittedly, probably the only thing that’s going to make a 5’3″ girl reach 98 pounds.
