Is pure organic shea butter and cocoa butter good to use an eye cream?

Ok so I found this new website that I really like, which I’m going to start ordering from very soon. Its http://mountainroseherbs.com/ Anyway, they have pure and organic shea butter and cocoa butter that gets wrid of wrinkles, stretch marks, etc. Since it gets rid of wrinkles… (i don’t have wrinkles just fine lines) do you think i can use it for my fine lines under my eyes?

Its actually not a good idea to use this as an eyecream as its pure butter (oil) – it can cause your pores to clog and irritate the delicate skin around the eye. In its pure form its recommended to use mainly on your body to moisturise dry skin like knees, elbows etc. It can be helpful on stretchmarks but this is due to the emollent qualities of the butter……Eyecreams are really not necessary – they are basically an expensive form of moisturiser – so a light moisturiser is just as good to use around the eye area as any eyecream. You could try to use this butter sparingly and see how your skin reacts to it? I personally cant use it in its pure form on my skin – it is too greasy and clogs my skin up causing breakouts….but it may work for you!
