What is the best drugstore eyeliner?

I was thinking of getting the revlon color stay, or the milani liquifeye eyeliner, but I’m afraid I’ll get too thick of a line. I want to be able to get a thin line, just on my lash line. I’m also considering the physicians formula organic wear eyeliner. Any suggestions? Just pencil, no liquid or anything.

For pencil eyeliner, the best without a doubt is Covergirl Perfect Point Plus. It’s usually around $8.99 in most drugstores. I find it doesn’t last very long, but it’s definitely the best mass line pencil eyeliner I’ve ever used.

If you’re willing to pay a bit more, the best eyeliners in the world are from Lise Watier. They usually go for around $18 and are considered more of a prestige line. But they rock. They have so many different colours of eyeliners that go on so smooth and beautifully. And, they have rocking glitter eyeliners too, which is always fun

And you can totally ignore this part if you want, but I have to recommend Maybelline Lineworks liquid eyeliner. I’ve used it for years and recommend it to everyone. They also have a new gel eyeliner that is wonderful. They have an eggplant colour and it looks so sweet. My mom actually usues it. It’s great because you have great control over the thickness of the line, so you can go natural, bold, dramatic, whatever. Marcelle (a hypo allergenic line) also has one that’s fantastic, if you can find a place that sells Marcelle. I forget what it’s called, but it’s the only liquid eyeliner they carry. It’s as easy to apply as a felt tip pen. So precise. Amazing.
