Mercury, lead, arsenic?

If I am showing contamination with mercury, lead and arsenic and it shows up in hair ananlysis when did it occurr? I suspect that the contaimiation was 3 to 6 years ago but it may have occured again 1 to 3 years ago. I am exhibiting all the syptoms and have been for several years. It has shown up in hair analysis as dangerously prominent. How is the best way to find out how extensive the contamination is and when it occured? How long does it stay in your system?
I have short hair which grows fast and it has been cut many times since then. I have a great diet: 75% fresh fruit, vegtables, whole grains. I eat fish, chicken, eggs, nuts, beans, tofu, rice, soy prodcuts. I buy from supermarkets( safe sources) and try to do organic. I do drink tap water but try to remember to filter. I do ca lot of offee and tea. Is there a way to find out how extensive it is or when it happened? And how do I determine where it came from? Please Help?

well you can’t determine where it came from for sure. Fish is never many countries fish in waters we would consider unsafe and our supermarkets sell these products. I think all three poisons are cumulative.
