Organic Garlic Seed
organic garlic seed

How healthy is the food I ate today?
Breakfast – Spoonful of greek yogurt, blackberries, and granola with 4 carrots on the side + One a day vitamin
Snack – Pack of 100 calorie almonds (unsalted)
Lunch – Turkey sandwich on whole wheat pita with spinach and hummus
Snack – Glass of 1% organic milk
Dinner – Miracle Soup with a slice of sourdough bread
The Miracle Soup has these ingredients:
4 cloves garlic chopped
6 large onions, chopped
1 hard head of cabbage, cored and sliced
6 carrots, peeled and sliced
2 green peppers, seed removed and chopped
1 bunch of celery, sliced
One 35-ounce can peeled tomatoes
3 low sodium beef bouillon cubes
3 low sodium chicken bouillon cubes
I drink about 3 glasses of green tea too.
Also, I am a repetitive eater and I like to have the same thing for Breakfast, Lunch, and Snacks everyday. Am I missing any important nutrients that I should add or need more fruit and veggies? I am not a big fan of fruit though.
Not bad, however, your breakfast isn’t large enough. (Yes, you have to eat a big breakfast in order to lose weight) Instead of the yogurt and granola, have some organic eggs. Yolk included. Also, if you’re going to consume any type of bread, make sure it’s whole grain, not whole wheat. You should also throw a few piecees of fruit into your diet. Have an apple with your glass of milk and a banana with the almonds.
