Smoked salmon & egg scramble on toasted 100% wheat free rye bread with cherry tomatoes & basil oil
first is probably a bit healthier but more a breakfast meal to me whereas the second is a combination of lunch with the salmon and breakfast, egg scrambled and really suits the bill of ‘brunch’ besides which is more interesting to me.
