Am I getting enough antioxidants?

I want to know how healthy I am eating, with special emphasis on anti-oxidants and looking good (complexion as well as weight maintainance)

-smoothie with 1 cup frozen blueberries, 4 oz pommogranite juice, 1/2 cup nonfat unflavored yogurt, and 2 tbsp ground flaxseed

-2 cups mixed greens (kale, mustard greens, collard greens, spring mix)

-1 sweet potato (no butter added)

-6 cups organic green tea throughout the day

-2 oz almonds/brazil nut mix

I also try and eat mostly whole grains, and I avoid trans fats, fatty foods, sugary foods, etc
no, these aren’t the ONLY things I eat, these are just the things I eat in order to boost my antioxidant intake. I eat plenty of meat, rice, bread, beans, etc.

lol dumb question if u dirnk 6 glasses of tea a day. . but u barely eat annyyyytrhing. u have like a 500 calorie diet?
