Organic Kids Snacks
organic kids snacks

Why would a parent not want their child to have juice?
I serve 100% organic fruit juice to my child care kids at snack time 1-2 times a week. Other days it’s milk or water. The juice is pure squeezed juice. Usually the kids help make our own juice in my juicer.
It’s the same as eating the fruit, only you get to drink it. It’s good to explore foods in different ways.
I have a parent who didn’t want their child at 9 months to have any juice, now she’s 12 months. She says only apple juice, diluted.
I don’t get it. Juice is healthy, especially in moderation. We all need fruit in our diet.
She says she doesn’t know why she’s like that. So I’m just wanting to hear other people’s points of view and opinions!
Thank you!
People aren’t reading everything. I only serve 100% juice. Nothing added. And we mostly make our own.
It is unnecessary, but when they have fruit with breakfast and lunch, it’s fun for them to explore some juice with snack 1-2 times a week. It doesn’t hurt anything.
Most moms are always going to be catty and rude to other moms. If you’re not feeding your kids juice, but you let them watch Nick Jr..shame on you! If you’re not letting them watch TV, but you’re breastfeeding them into toddlerhood..shame on you! If you didn’t breastfeed, but formula fed! Shame on you!
Honestly, moms are going to try to destroy other mothers and their feelings over petty things like this. The juice is organic. You feel it’s right. Hey, you’re the mom. Sure, I’ll give juice to my kids. Many people feel it might have lots of sugar, but you know what moderation is, and you know what’s best for your kids. Women just like to be catty, especially if they’re stay at home moms who have nothing better to do than hurt others. I’m a stay at home mom by choice my self. I had a successful career in the pharmacy field, but my baby is more important to me than ‘extra’ money. I guess to some moms, that might make me a bad mom too!
