Why is my hair breaking && shedding for no reason?
Well im a black girl, and lately my hair has been breaking alot, and i dont know why because for one im taking GNC woman hair skin and nails pills like everyday, lately ive been washing my hair every saturday with aubrey organics, i wrap my hair every night with a silk scarf. i tried flat ironing my hair like evry other 2 days. i drink like 6 cups of water everyday and plus its been about a month since i had a relaxer so my hair should be in great condition!! but its not 
mind you that my hair in the back is shorter then the rest of my hair, and the rest of my hair is almost neck length! also i cut my end like last week and my hair is still shedding! can someone tell me why my hair is doing this when im taking such good care of it!!

1.Stop. Your stress levels are increasing the shedding. Go get a treatment by a professional. Let someone who can actually see your whole scalp look at your head. If your trimming yourself, you can be missing spots.
2. Your hair may need a brake until you can get those stress levels down. Have the treatment, pay close attention to those ends, have a proper trim, put a light oil on, (especially those ends) and braid it up! The best medicine for your hair type.
3. At this point you can get a weave, a wig, or a weave-cap, and give your hair a Rest. And yourself a rest too. This is what Tyra Banks, model and Beyonce, celeb does. You can also have your hair braided in a cute style like The Bob, which is ‘almost’ maintenance free.
4. If money is a issue, go to the nearest beautician school, bring in the product below for the treatment (or you can use theirs), and have someone give you a proper trim. Very low cost salon in the school. Have them do step 2 above and get a cute wig. Try on many styles to find one that suit you.
