cereals… im addicted!?

if i had my way,, i would be eating cereal for breakfst, lunch and dinner, of course, i don’t ever have my way, so i just eat a whole lot of cereal whenever i get the chance… it’s nothing like coco puffs, more like special k, honey oats, or organic bran flakes, i think my favorite is this honey oat stuff that i sometimes get 2bowls for breakfast… but i have a salad for lunch, and cicken for dinner (i try to…. my mom still cooks)
m;y question is, how can i stop eating 2 bowls of cereal in the morning? is it ok? (probably not) and how to stop thinking about cereal? i know…. odd question

Don’t worry so much about healthy eating. If you worry too much it will go too far and you will develop an eating disorder (if you have not already got one). You do not have to eat chicken all the time as opposed to other meat. (I am guessing you prefer chicken because it is lower fat). Eating two bowls of cereal is no biggie, do not worry so much. I have had an eating disorder myself and I can tell you, that now I eat what i want I feel sooooo much healthier. if you are a growing girl a salad is NOT enough for lunch. it is great that you like breakfast; milk is excellent for your bones. have lots of milk- don’t be afraid of it! also eat yoghurts and cheese to get that all important calcium. If you do not eat fat, you will not be able to absorb calcium. To absorb calcium you need vitamin d and to absorb vitamin D you need fats as it is a fat-soluble vitamin! (Complicated I know). Any food is good for you, as long as you do not eat too much of the same type. 2 bowls of cereal is not too much, do not worry!!! If you have any more questions, please ask, i went through a stage of serious so called healthy eating and ended up really ill.I went to a nutritionist so I got lots of tips.
