Please tell me everything I need to start selling canned Chili?
I make an award winning organic vegetarian chili and would like to start canning it and selling it at farmer’s markets, online, and sell it to local stores like Whole Foods. I really don’t even know where to begin. Has anyone done anything like this? I did find a website that has some helpful tips…

But I have some more questions that aren’t listed on the site. I need to know exactly what I need to mass produce the canned chili. I need to know exactly what types of licenses I will need. How do I find out the exact nutritional value? I know you can figure out an estimate online, but for this to be exact do you need to have it sent out to a lab? If so, where do I send it. What kinds of patents or copyrights do I need? I already know how to do the whole website thing, and I already have a name and logo created. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
