I bought a low ph shampoo online. Does anyone know if these ingredients cause any good or bad side effects?

Ingredients: water, decyl glucoside, sodium lauroamphoacetate, sodium lauryl glucosides, hydroxypropyl sulfonate, babassuamidopropyl betaine, babassuamide MEA, wheat amino acids, soy amino acids, emu oil, arginine, serine, threonine, hibiscus extract, organic rosemary essential oil, organic lavender essential oil, organic thyme essential oil, organic cedarwood essential oil, organic orange essential oil, gluconolactone, sodium benzoate, tocopherol.
. For normal hair, the pH range is from 4-6, because those are the pH’s that are closest to the hairs natural pH. If your shampoo has a pH thats greater than 6, it can dry out your hair or make it more brittle. If a shampoo has a pH of less than 4, it can make your hair look oily.
