How was my workout for today?

i walked 2 miles and then jogged 2 miles in about an hour total.
im trying to tone up my body, build some
muscle and reduce my body fat over my abs and bulk up my thighs and butt.
after my 4 miles, i came home and had a shake consisting of:
1/2 banana, 1/2 scoop whey protein, 2 t organic pb, 1/2 cup almond milk and about 4 strawberries..so around 200 calories..was my walk a waste of time? since i had a protein shake after and ill be having dinner as well?
what else i ate today was: a small honey wheat bagel with peanut butter and a banana and a whole wheat veggies wrap with hummus.
ill also probablly do some toning workouts like squats later on…
was this healthy? I usually eat 5-6 times a day but i just didnt get the chance to today.
If i keep this up will i see results before summer time?
Also any healthy dinner suggestions?
