Would a raw foodie eat peanut butter?(the natural, organic one)

Not dumb at all. Many vegetables need to be steamed,before the vitamins and minerals reach their optimum level, and have the ability to absorbed into your system. Organic peanut butter is a fine.Over twenty five years ago,I went totally raw in my foods. Not a good thing for the body. Go google-ing, and you’ll find a lot of info to back up my statements.I personally like cashew butter,it tastes great.
