Am i over doing it to my hair?
My hair is damaged from dying it a year ago and also from braiding. I started a protein diet one month ago & also started taking biotin pills every day. i also started using the brand Organic Roots Stimulator. My hair is looking good, its soft, my scalp doesnt flake as much & its growing. So im doing good so far but i was thinking about taking fish oil pills too help it grow a little more. Would that be over doing it or is that ok.
Also, i used a pre shampoo method every time i wash my hair. Do i need to pre shampoo every time i wash or just when needed
