Natural ways to lower my very high blood pressure?

I exercise, eat right and try to eliminate stress. I work 4 days a week and go to college classes twice a week. I have been on 3 different blood pressure medicines so far because none of them seem to be working. I am overweight and have lost 15 pounds so far. I have 3 teens and a hubby who at times act like the teens LOL adding a bit more stress. I also take organic royal jelly and bee pollen. I drink a gallon of water daily. I’m currently taking Labetolol 100 mg once daily.

Adapt a vegetarian diet (mainly vegetables). If you have some fruit, take a 1/2 hour walk to burn up the sugars. Cook in extra virgin coconut oil (stable at high temps and is a form the body can easily burn up) instead of vegetable oils. Use sea salt at the table instead of common table salt added during cooking, especially if you cook in metal pots and pans.

Diet of processed foods, excess sugars, excess animal protein create an acidic body and thick blood which reduces circulation and clots more. To alkalize the body, take 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar and add a pinch of baking soda (neutralizes the acidity to not deplete your body’s own bicarbonates). After it stops fizzing, add a cup of water and drink this 2-3 times day for several days a week for a month or so. After your BP is normalized you can have this once a day.

Take 1 tbsp of lecithin granules 1/2 hour before a meal(s). Lecithin is a fat emulsifier and helps clear livers that have been congested over time with oils and toxins.

Take 100-250 mg magnesium several times a week. If the oral pills give you loose stools google transdermal magnesium. Make your own. Magnesium is something many our deficient in and yet it has so many benefits in keeping the body healthy.
