HEALTHY OR NOT
breafkast – 1cp. organic oatmeal, 1med banana, 8oz low cal/sugar OJ
snack – Raw vegetables, 2tsp. natural peanut butter
lunch – 2oz. Roast beef sandwich, 1sl fat free cheese, 1 med apple, 8oz. sugarfree lemonade
snack – 1.5cp strawberries, 6oz fat free yogurt
dinner – lean cuisine salmon w/ basil (220cal/6gfat)
snack – 8 animal cookies or rice cake w/ 8oz soy milk/fat free milk
That’s pretty good, but I would recommend more veggies. And make sure the bread you’re eating for your sandwich is whole grain. Also, maybe adding an egg white or 2 in the morning with breakfast instead of the OJ would be good. More protein in the morning jump starts your metabolism for the day, and helps you feel fuller until lunch. Don’t forget a few days a week to add in some legumes too. Just make sure to include a lot of variety so you don’t get bored.
