can you make turkey sandwich meat organic by boiling it in hot water?

I bought some meat, but the ingreditents in it had 3%cholesterol, so i boiled all of it in hot water and then rinsed the sandwhich meat off. Eventhough it taste very dry and plain, I still would like to know if it is safe to do this? and whats a healthy amount of cholesterol to have in food?

There are two kinds of cholesterol. The kind you eat and the kind your own body makes.

Boiling your meat will do nothing to the cholesterol. It may remove a slight bit of fat but the taste difference is NOT worth the effort.

Worried about the cholesterol. Eat properly and exercise. Properly means a good mix of fat, protein, and carbs. Fad diets don’t work.
