your toddlers diet?
Is this ok i don’t know weather its ok or not
Breakfast- Wetabix with warm milk, fruit(apple or orange) and a yogurt fruit juice.
Lunch – Cheese spread sandwich (she won’t eat hard cheese or cold meats) fruit,5-6 cheese puffs.yogurt
snack – veg biscuits
Dinner – Something like shepards pie and veg then a custard pudding or rice pudding
Before bed – milk and 2 small organic no suger biscuits
with lunch and dinner and the rest of the day she drinks water
she has her daily protein in her everning meal and 2 portions of veg.
I want peoples oppinion because i worry i’m doing a rubbish job with everything
