What can I make for tea? I have….?

some mini little organic sausages that I brought reduced from the shop that need eating up. I wanna have something healthy though, not just a sausage sandwich or something. What can I make with these sausages that is relatively healthy and yummy? Thanks xx

chop them up with some veg and put in an omelette,
or have them with mashed potato and peas
or have them with some pasta and a tomato sauce
or you can put them in some yorkshire puddings
