Am i eating healthy or bad?

I am 5’2 and about 150 (yes its chubby but i blame most of it on the 38DD’s! >: ( ) Anyways im trying to eat different food and slim a little bit I am not small built girl either but i just wanna less than an size 8 maybe 6

. For example for dinner tonight I went asian. had homemade Miso soup (i used the paste that only has 660mgs of sodium) tofu,green onion and kelp. For main meal I had steamed organic white rice (pretty low carbs surprisingly) 2 steamed dumplings and kimchi.. i been trying to eat more veggies. Last night i made a stir fry of carrots,celery,water chestnuts,bamboo shoots,bean sprouts,asparagus, and tofu..
I drink lots of water and green tea (just the diet arizona kind i really should drink the real stuff)
I hope im not gonna end up making my self fatter, should i do something different : (

well, honestly in no dietician or nutritionist but i think you are eating pretty healthy. veggies are never a bad thing! The more fruits and veggies your diet consist of the best!! Kelp is a great source of protein i beleive, and tofu is good stuff. I personally am a vegan and I love everything you mentioned above! so my suggestion is that you try it for about a month or so and see if you notice your weight dropping. a few things you should consider,
1.try to eat within an hour or so of when you wake up because it speeds up your metabolism.
2. if you can eat fruit or a light yogurt with fruit for breakfast it will set a healthy tone for the rest of your day. have a nice salad for lunch or roasted veggies! and at dinner have something a lil heavier. beleive it or not it works.
3. try not to eat so much dairy or meat. that stuff is crazy full of fat and cholesterol and all the stuff that makes us fat11
4. I would suggest you read the book ‘Skinny Bitch’
its a great book for girls who want to stop eating crap and start looking good!
