healthy soup?! help please?
i know canned foods are not good for you, but my family is tight on money, so its the best i could do:
I combined14 oz of water with 2 chicken flavored cubes
then i added a 3/4 cup of milk
15 oz of organic butternut squash(50 calories per .5 cup)
and 3 cans of carrots (30 calories per .5 cups)
i added a little bit of sugar and cinnamon
salt and pepper
and a small onion
and two small fresh squash
does this sound healthy?
how many calories a cup would you say it was?

It’s ok, but the chicken cubes… they have to much sodium (salt).
