Is it ok for me to eat 2 granola bars a day?
I have grown increasingly fond of granola bars. Quaker, 90-100 cal. and Nature Valley types. And I love the organic Trader Joe brands too. Is it ok if I choose this as a snack more than once a day? I mean I also eat fruit and veggies and stuff, but lately I have just really been into granola bars, plus I feel like I am hungry about every 2 hours.I am 5’3″ about 105 lbs. Please advise.
My husband is a body builder and he eats 2 of them a day he its a seasonsable breakfast and then a few hours later he eats a single package of trail mix and then a few hours after that he eats a gronola bar and then a few hours after that he eats lunch then a few hours after that he eats some fruit and then a few hours after that a light dinner and then at night he eats another granola bar
I also started eating this way also and I am 5’4 and I weighed 115 and know I am down to 109 in just 2 weeks. So I guess it works so I would say yes it is fine
