i get my hair cornbraided with my own hair and attach the weave at the ends.
while my hair is braided i moisturize it daily with s-curl moisturizer and organic roots stimulator carrot oil since my hair becomes dry often.
i tie my hair up every night with a satin scarf
i only use heat twice a month ( i use a hot comb to straigten my hair so they can braid it)
also when i take out my braids i wash my hair and deep condition it.
i take a daily multi vitamin and hair skin and nail vitamins.

Yes, sounds good. Drink lots of water & load up on fresh fruits, veggies & protein. You want to eat properly to make sure your hair is healthy. When u straighten you may want to try a heat protector.
