total=1480
i never eat more then 1480 cals a day and workout almost everyday on elliptical 124 lbs 5″5 female im a vegetarian

Yep if it’s 1200 to 1500 a day you’re good to go! I always say if I eat what I like it’s going to be easy to stick with right? You don’t really need to lose any weight so your lifestyle plan will maintain your weight or a very slow weight loss which is great! If you’re looking to lose some weight though..you might wanna cut back to 1200 a day. You’ll lose about 2 to 3 pounds a week of healthy weight. But like I said you sound about perfect..good luck!
