Peanut butter is more solid after refrigerate ? does that mean it contain hydrogenated oil?
I have been looking for peanut butter that is made purely from peanut, no salt no sugar and most importantly no other vege oil (even palm oil added). So I bought “Santa Cruz Organic” peanut butter. (the product website: http://www.scojuice.com/products/peanut_butter). When it was under room temperature, the oil is separated, which is normal, but after refrigerate it, it became much more solid. Does that really have NO ANY trans fat?? (according to the label, it says no hydrogenated oil added and in the ingredient, there is only “organic peanut butter”, no other oil listed, but now I doubt it.)
Where can I really find pure natural healthy peanut butter ??

Most fats will solidify when chilled. It isn’t a measure of whether they contain hydrogenated/trans fats.
