My Top Ten Muscle Building Shakes
Sick and tired of drinking the same protein shake 3-4 times a day, 7 days a week? Try out these delicious recipes to make your shakes more enjoyable!
Chocolate peanut butter shake:
- 3 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup skim cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup Quaker Oatmeal (cook with boiling water)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Blender bomber
- 1/3 cup of dry nonfat milk
- 1 scoop Brewers yeast
- 12 oz. of non fat or low fat milk
- 1 banana
Strawberry shortcake shake:
- 1 scoop vanilla whey
- 1/2 cup full fat cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1tbs. sugar free vanilla pudding mix
- 2 tbs. flaxmeal
- 2 tbs. sugar free strawberry syrup
- Pure Protein bar (strawberry shortcake flavor) broken into pieces
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberrys
- Vanilla extract and Stevia, to taste
Simple shake:
- 1-2 Scoops of Whey or Casein
- 2 Cups of Whole Milk
- 3/4 Cup of Oats
- 2 Tbsp of Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Banana
- 5g of Glutamine
The hulk:
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tbsp sugar-free pistachio pudding mix
- 1 mint leaf or a few drops peppermint extract (optional)
- 1 few drops green food coloring (optional)
- 8 oz. cold water or low-fat milk
- 3-5 ice cubes
Lemon cheese & strawberry protein shake:
- 3 scoops lemon cheese cake ice cream
- 1 cup strawberries, frozen
- 3 tbsp evaporated milk
- 2½ cups milk
- 4 eggs
Muscular mango:
- 1 cup sugar-free Apple Juice
- 1/2 cup 0% Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Orange Juice Concentrate
- 1/2 cup frozen Mango
- 1/2 cup frozen Pineapple
- 2 scoops Vanilla Protein
Peach cobbler:
- 1 serving Vanilla Protein powder
- 2 fresh peaches cut and de-cored
- 1 cup oat meal
- 2 tablespoons Cinnamon
- 1-2 table spoons Splenda
- 1 cup water or fat free milk
Banana bread shake:
- 2 scoops protein powder
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 cup Quaker Oatmeal (cook with boiling water)
- 3/4 cup Kellogg’s Bran Flakes
- 1 bottle of water
- Sugar, Brown Sugar or Artificial Sweetener to taste
Ultimate weight gain shake:
- 2 Raw Eggs
- Milk however much you want

noon-baby carrots and either a small banana or an apple, and 20oz water
5pm- a fruit
5:30pm some Quaker organic instant oatmeal and 20oz water
and 2 WASA 7-grain crakers [40cals]
6pm-a fruit
6:30 CARS or lucky charms cereal
7pm- salad and water
and work out 4-5 at the gym 4 times a week.

No, that would not be healthy at all. You are not getting nearly enough nutrients. Where is the protein?
