what can i feed a baby rat?

i found a baby rat this morning and its eyes are still shut.
it looks around a week old, my dad killed its mother GRR!
so it can’t drink her milk, what can i feed it? i fed it a bit of cows milk that wasn’t fat free and it drank abit but then i went to the shop and bought organic milk that waas fat free. its starting to drink it but i don’t know if it is safe to feed it that, i have been trying to do some research the last hour but i havnt really found much information. what can you feed it?? and how can you tell when it is hungry and full ((it is a wild rat)) oh and how can i convince my parents to let me keep it??
