Does this sound like a good P90x diet plan?
Ok, im 17 and wiegh 160. I am just starting phase 3 of doubles. I would like to loose another 5-6 pounds of fat. This is what i have been eating pretty much every day, is it good for dropping another 5-6 lbs?
Breakfast-1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup blueberries- 370 cal
Lunch-Peanut and butter jelly sandwich(1.5 tbs peanut butter, 1 tbs jelly)- around 350 cal
Snack-Protien shake-1 scoop whey protien powder, 8oz skim milk, cinnamon- 180 cal
Dinner-2 cups leafy greens 2 tbs vinaigrette, 6oz salmon, 1 cup broccoli- around 400 cal
Note: I use only the best things, like smuckers natural peanut butter and organic jams and such.
Also im in high school still so another snack/meal is hard to fit in.
I think it looks like a pretty good meal plan, but maybe increase the protein a little. Make sure you are consuming enough whole food proteins and a quality whey.
