What perfumes won’t irritate your skin? Not cheap perfume please.?

I like vanilla, cotton candy, chocolate, candy, sweet woodsy notes like that. When I use angel, it makes my skin itch because my skin is sensitive. What are some brands/places that I can get a perfume like the ones I like that is organic/sensitive skin/along those lines an what should i look for?
Also, is demeter vanillacake and cottoncandy organic?
Also, I don’t want harmful chemicals that you breathe with normal perfume.
