Can i get into West Point?

West Point Bound for college Please help!?
Would I get into West Point, or do i have a good chance? I have like an 88-90 average for all my classes, I take a lot of honors classes though that are the highest math and science classes i can take. I took biology and chemistry, and next year im taking organic chemistry and anatomy, the year after that ill take physics. I get awards at school and am involved in many extra curricular activities. Activities such as baseball, golf ( both for my high school), medical careers club, best buddies club, rotary club and many others. I also have leadership roles such as Vice president of my class and a mentor to others. I am still a sophomore (end of the year) and was wondering if i had a good chance of getting into West point? If no please explain why! I also do a good amount of community service about 25-3 hrs per year, im looking to get into National honor Society.
