Western International University now offers a Master of Arts degree in Human Dynamics

Phoenix, AZ—June 17, 2009 —Western International University (WIU), a leader in accredited, oncampus and online adult education, has recently added a Master of Arts degree in Human Dynamics to its extensive list of degree programs.

Earning a Master of Arts degree in Human Dynamics helps students understand the underlying human behaviors that create and determine an organization’s success. Graduates of this program can inspire and lead change through a better comprehension of company culture and how cultural diversity in work environments across the globe influences organizations. WIU graduates also learn negotiation and conflict resolution skills to successfully resolve internal and external conflict.
